Multi-carrier fulfilment modernisation
Modernised a live fulfilment environment spanning ecommerce, ERP, carrier services and warehouse printing. Introduced service-based integrations and controlled migration between legacy and replacement carriers while keeping day-to-day dispatch operational.
Cross-platform order integration
Designed and implemented an integration layer connecting marketplace order feeds with a legacy ERP environment, database services and downstream operational processes. The solution bridged modern APIs with established Windows and SQL Server infrastructure.
Resilient operational infrastructure
Reworked failure-prone distributed services used across physical sites, introducing separation of concerns, persistence, retry behaviour and auditable processing so transient network and third-party failures no longer directly controlled operational output.
